Sunrise Hill Resort Khandala , Khandala (Lonavala)

I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the staff was genuinely eager to please and the restaurant served fantastic food, my stay was marred by issues with the room's condition and overall maintenance. I was particularly impressed with the spaciousness of my room and enjoyed the delicious meals. However, the cleanliness fell short in some areas, making it a bit disappointing overall.

I had a family trip to this hotel and stayed for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view. The staff truly made the experience memorable with their exceptional service and kind demeanor. The dining options were great, especially the Surmai Tava Fish. On the downside, the infrastructure seemed a bit outdated, and the swimming pool wasn't well-maintained. Overall, it offers good value for money, but it might not be ideal for those looking for upscale amenities.
